The wooded shoreline and nearby fells are perfectly reflected in the glassy surface of Derwentwater. This alluring lake is dotted with islands, with footpaths around the shore and up to the dramatic fells and crags. Latrigg is a small, easily accessible fell north of Keswick, leading into the Skiddaw range.
