Custom diaries can be branded for you through the use of colour, logos, extra pages, watermarks, page footers or headers containing advertising or any personalisation you require.

Don’t stick to the format of other companies – stand out from the crowd and even add inset pages to advertise products or events, company history or specific ideas to make your company diaries useful and eye catching. Inset pages are glued at the front or the back.

You can highlight dates which are important to your company too, by customising the pages inside the diary. Focus on key events throughout the year, or add in weekly or monthly features – the options are endless.

The minimum order quantity is 300 units, with the lead time being approximately 8 weeks from approval of your proof.

Diaries are eco-friendly – paper used to create this product is Carbon Capture, through a clever initiative to offset carbon through the planting of new native woodland in the UK.

Features of custom business diaries:

• 1. Cover - printed in full colour, choose from matt, gloss or soft touch laminate to show your business brand or organisation to its full potential.
• 2. Endpapers - these are printed in full colour print, giving the ideal opportunity to feature your desired information or design. Or simply select a contrasting colour for more impact at the beginning and end of your diaries.
• 3. & 4. Area for notes, advertising or logo on left and right pages - use this prominent space for featuring your brand or logo, ensuring it is noticed every day.
• 5. Watermark - a reduced opacity print of your logo brings a subtle reminder of the branding within the page layout. Printed in full colour, this adds a touch of class and definite recognition to your bespoke design.
• 6. Date Setting - choose to highlight selected text in corporate colours to really bring a look of continuity to the page.
• 7. & 8. Head and Tailbands and page marker ribbons - with a variety of colours available, this luxurious and useful marker will add a touch of quality to your diary, making it even more useful and practical.

Additional options which can be added:

• Inset pages can be added at the front or back of the diary, to feature important or promotional information. Use this option to publicise an event, or a history of the business, a directory, or to reference details about the company or organisation.
• Pen Loops are elasticated bands which hold the pen to the side of the diary, and are available in multiple colours to coordinate with your cover.
• Enclosures are elastic elements which enclose the diary securely to keep the pages closed together and hold any loose sheets which you have hold within the diary.

Elements within the layout of your custom diary:

• Month and Date – show your corporate or logo colour where the month and date appear on the page. Add to this by featuring important date information below the day for a further enhancement.
• Company Logo – This can feature predominately on each page, within the footer to bring a focus to your brand each and every day. A nice touch is then to echo this with a watermark (see below).
• Watermark – feature your logo or icon as a watermark across the diary page, in a tint of your branding or chosen colour.
• Highlight Bank Holidays – these can be highlighted in a complementary colour to make these important dates stand out and give an appealing look to the page.
• Right-hand page advertising area – make the most of featuring your logo or advertisement, with the space at the bottom right of the page. Add unique selling points, product features or assets you wish to highlight, so they are noticed every day or week on the diary page.
