Down on the Farm Calendar Overview

The Down on the Farm calendar features six delightful photographic images of farm animals and farming practices. There are several endearing photos, including one a herd of black and white cows grazing on lush green grass and another showing a group of curious alpacas with their chunky woolly coats. A patient brown and white shire horse walking through a clover field is the focus of another image and in another, three chickens are on the alert, perched on a gate.

All the images remind us of the vital contribution made by animals to the British landscape. We also see a tranquil wintry scene showing farm buildings nestled beneath rolling snow-clad hills and an image of a tractor and combine harvester at work in a cornfield which reveals all the action of farmers and machinery at harvest time. This simple and practical calendar is sure to catch the eye and will appeal to all those who love the countryside and rural life.
