Discover Britain Wall Calendar Overview

The Discover Britain promotional calendar transports you on a visual journey around Britain. This innovative interactive business calendar for 2026 features 12 stunning images of some of our most picturesque locations with links to 360° photospheres viewable on your smartphone, tablet or PC to help you learn more about each fascinating place. On every page there is a colourful inset map and a paragraph of informative background notes.

September’s page shows Warwick Castle, Warwickshire. This majestic 14th century castle stands on a sandstone cliff next to the town, its huge walls, towers and turrets of the castle reflected in the River Avon. The large site includes magnificent state rooms, a gatehouse, ramparts and a dungeon as well as superb, landscaped grounds with woodland and lawns. Castlerigg Stone Circle, near Keswick, Cumbria is depicted in October’s image. Sited within a natural amphitheatre of fells above Keswick, Castlerigg Stone Circle consists of 38 unhewn boulders, some standing, some fallen. Dating from 3000 BC it is one of Britain’s earliest stone circles. It may have been used in prehistoric times as an astronomical observatory or a trading place.
