The Countryside Walks calendar features 12 wonderful walks from all over the UK so you can explore some of the most scenic places in the British countryside on foot. This unique calendar presents enticing photos of each walk location, an attractive walk outline map and a link and QR code to find walk instructions and GPS mapping apps that can be downloaded to a smartphone, tablet or PC. There is a great variety of types and locations of walks, some are easy, others a bit more challenging.

For example, a glorious walk along the Southwest Coat Path from Port Quin, a tiny coastal hamlet near Port Isaac on the north Cornish coast to Trevan Point is featured on January's page. This gentle walk follows the coastal path along the clifftops around Port Quin with views down to the pretty cottages below. It ascends a small valley to Doyden Point, a headland with far reaching coastal views, passing Doyden Castle and two disused mine shafts to reach Trevan Point, a small peak along the coast.
